B. Washington gets trapped on island by British.
C. He did not give up when he lost most of his men.

E. This was a big part of the war. If Washington did not cross the Delaware the war would be over.

A. Washington was caught and the war was ended.
B. All the British leader had to do was read the note telling about Washington about to sneak out.
C. North America would still be a British country and the country would be a lot different.
D. We would be using British money which is a lot different from the money we use today.
E. Our country would be a totally different place. We would most likely not have states just different country's.

A. This event is important today because it let the war continue and that made our country what it is today.
B. Our country would still be part of Britain and be ruled by a King or Queen.
